Following a lightning strike, the property suffered severe fire damage, with the impact tearing through the roof and causing significant structural failure in the centre of the property. The force of the strike left the kitchen and bathroom areas extensively damaged, requiring a full strip-out and comprehensive restoration.

A complete refurbishment programme was undertaken, including the installation of a new roof, a fully fitted kitchen, and new bathroom facilities. The staircase was replaced, and the property was upgraded with a full electrical rewire and a brand-new plumbing system, ensuring the home was restored to a safe, modern, and fully functional condition.
