Students arrive on a date that doesn’t move. Neither does our programme.

Dilapidations, kitchen replacement, room refurbishment and carpet and vinyl flooring for universities and student accommodation providers — delivered inside the summer window and handed back clean for the start of term.

What we do for universities

The works that have to happen between July and September.

One team prices it, programmes it and delivers it — so there’s one person accountable for the intake date, not a chain of contractors.

01

Dilapidations

End-of-term and end-of-lease dilapidation works across cluster flats, kitchens and communal areas, scoped and priced properly at the start.

02

Kitchen replacement

Communal and cluster-flat kitchens stripped out and replaced as repeat-unit programmes, sequenced block by block.

03

Room refurbishment

Full internal refurbishment of student bedrooms across hundreds of units, with a consistent finish from the first room to the last.

04

Carpet and vinyl

Carpet and vinyl flooring lifted and replaced across bedrooms, kitchens and corridors, fitted to the same summer programme.

05

Maintenance all year

Planned and reactive internal works during term, logged and tracked through one central helpdesk.

Roof or access needed too?

Roofing and building fabric come from our sister company RML Roofing Contractor, and scaffolding from Scaffold Management Ltd — same office, same helpdesk, no second tender.

Delivered for Equans

Two campuses. Two summers. Both ready for the start of term.

Safety on campus

CDM on every job, led from the top.

Every enquiry is assessed for CDM before anyone is scheduled, with site-specific RAMS briefed and signed. Our teams are CSCS carded, IPAF trained and asbestos aware. Group record 2022 to 2025: zero major injuries, zero enforcement notices, zero prosecutions.

Summer 2027

The summer window is short. The planning starts now.

Tell us what needs doing before next year’s intake and we’ll survey, scope and price it while there’s still time to programme it properly.
