Full office & warehouse refurbishment project. Roof was replaced with new KS1000RW roof panels. New warehouse received new lights, KDR flooring, full warehouse sprayed, steels sprayed, fire stopping & additional purlins. Office parts were demolition, new carpets, new ceiling, walls were painted and new bathroom. Roof was replaced & commercial gas was removed to increase the EPC rating.
