Three units had reached the end of their serviceable life in terms of cladding and required refurbishment. The roofing system was upgraded using Drisline, with the gutters also relined to ensure improved performance and longevity. Rooflights were replaced with step-safe units to enhance safety and durability. The cladding was treated and sprayed with Zinsser AllCoat to provide a high-quality protective finish, while the brickwork was carefully repointed to restore structural integrity and appearance. Additionally, external floodlights were upgraded to new PIR LED units for improved energy efficiency and security, and the emergency exit was replaced with a new door to meet current standards.
