The Requirment

The client required a complete refurbishment of an existing accessible bathroom — stripping out tired, worn fixtures and finishes, and replacing with a clean, durable, hygienic specification suitable for ongoing public/commercial use. All accessibility fittings (grab rails, baby change unit, low-level sanitaryware, accessible mirror) needed to be reinstated to current standards. The works needed to be delivered with minimal disruption and a high standard of finish.

Prepared walls to a sound, level finish ready for tiling
