A structural survey identified that the wall had become unsafe and posed a potential risk, requiring immediate remedial action. Following this assessment, a comprehensive programme of works was undertaken, and within three weeks all dangerous sections of the wall were carefully dismantled and removed. The affected areas were then fully rebuilt in line with the required specifications, ensuring both structural integrity and long-term durability. To further reinforce the wall and prevent future movement or cracking, HeliBars were installed as part of the strengthening process, providing additional stability and extending the lifespan of the structure.
