A dilapidation report was carried out, highlighting a number of issues that required attention at the store. These included loose render to the front elevation, damaged fascia and soffit, and areas of compromised brickwork. The roof required full replacement, while both the timber paintwork and masonry coatings were found to be flaking and in need of refurbishment to restore the building’s condition and appearance.
