The external elements of the building, including the cladding, doors, roller shutters, bollards, and windows, underwent a full programme of rejuvenation to restore their appearance and extend their service life. All surfaces were thoroughly prepared using a 3500 PSI jet wash to remove built-up dirt, contaminants, and any loose or deteriorating coatings. Following this, a comprehensive coating system was applied, beginning with a suitable primer to ensure proper adhesion, followed by an undercoat to build coverage and durability, and finally a high-quality topcoat to provide a long-lasting, protective finish. This process not only enhanced the overall aesthetic of the property but also delivered improved protection against weathering and ongoing wear and tear.
